We collect & use personal data relating to users of our website & related services. You can visit our website without identifying yourself or disclosing any personal information.

HOW WE COLLECT DATA

If you contact us through our website or by email to provide feedback or to make a booking, we will ask you for your name & contact details, along with information related to the restaurant visited & date. Correspondence may be retained to ensure that our standards are being met.

If you choose to opt in to marketing communications, then your name & email address will be retained for marketing purposes. This database is maintained by our email marketing provider, Sprout, access to which is password protected.

If you contact us through our website to apply for a job, we will ask you for your name, email address & contact telephone number, along with a cover letter & a copy of your CV. This is requested purely for recruitment purposes. If your application is progressed further, it will be stored on our internal database, which is securely stored on our password-protected Google Drive. At the end of the recruitment process we will delete your CV.

Primarily we use the collected data to provide a service to you (as noted above), & we may also use it to:

  • Conduct internal analysis & statistics including demographics & page views
  • Respond to your feedback
  • Improve our products & services
  • Send marketing communications by email
